Our 6-month global apprenticeship takes you from absolute zero (pre-product idea) to a $1MM business launch. Each apprenticeship includes uncapped launch profit sharing. Top-performing apprentices will be hired to the core team as Vintyri Partners.

If you aren’t selected this round, you can shadow a sprint. Our Shadow Program is like Vintyri DIY. Shadow’s go through the exact same process as Apprentices, remotely, at their own pace.

Take what you’ve learned and build something new, or make the cut and scale. Vintyri Partners receive 50% profit sharing and exit equity.
Partners continue to enjoy the full support of the Vintyri product, marketing, manufacturing, & fulfillment teams, while gaining a massive amount of independence to run the new e-commerce store with us.

Research & Ideation
Gain deep market expertise & foundational knowledge. Co-create 3 demand-aligned product ideas with our team.
Month 2
Product Prototyping
Work closely with our professional industrial designers to take 3 product concepts from idea to functioning prototype.
Month 3
Content Creation
Work with directors, copywriters, photographers, and more to shoot the shots, build the stores, make the ads, etc.
Month 4
Demand Validation
Let’s see how many people want each product - we gage the demand, then pick a winner.
Month 5
Pre-Sale
For an extra layer of validation, we launch all products as pre-orders. Early adopters will always wait in lines for great products.
Month 6
$1MM Launch
Join the team in pressing go on full price pre-sales and manufacturing. Finish on the factory floor.
