Remote Work + Globetrotting

Every Vintyri team member, from executives to brand operators, works fully remote. The exception is a 2 week global retreat at the start of each new season. Here we research & ideate new brands and product lines.

Seed, Salary & Profit Sharing

Vintyri pours more than $200,000 in capital and services
into each brand in its first 12 months.
We offer our brand operators a salary, benefits, and 50% profit sharing.

Why do we ask our brand operators to invest 1/10th the amount we do in year 1, but give them 1/2 of the profits?

    Well, that’s an exaggeration, but the range is extremely wide. From kitchen appliances to techless productivity tools, we’ve made a little of everything.

  • Though you will have no set hours, Vintyri Brand Operators are full-time employees. You cannot hold other employment while being a brand operator. However, you can work from anywhere, at any time, outside of a few set meetings each week.

  • New seasons launch each year. We have a very limited number of seats, as we always prioritize quality over quantity. Season 3 begins July 7th 2025.

  • You initial investment goes directly into the brand you’ll be operating. We find that when our brand operators have a little skin in the game, they put in much more effort.

  • We wanted to create a structure that has all the benefits of entreprenuership, with less of the risks. For this reason, we compensate with profit sharing rather than equity.

    Why? We want 100% of the risk, while equally sharing the reward. Additionally, our system is so successful that someone could coast if they wanted to - and we don’t jive with that. We need a way to remove brand operators who choose to coast or go rogue, hence W2 operators rather than owners.

    However - all operators have 50% profit sharing, including on the sale of their brand if that day comes.
